On the ground floor, there is an open plan lounge/kitchen-diner area and a small cloakroom. The open plan L-shaped kitchen-diner has a fully equipped country-style kitchen which is ideal for cooking meals to be enjoyed in the house or on one of its two terrace areas. The living room has comfortable yet modern furnishings and is also equipped with a wood burning stove. A natural stone feature wall hints towards traditional and contrasts perfectly with the modern elegance of the house. From the lounge, French doors open onto a full length private terrace with stunning views of the Kotor Bay at the rear. There is also a private smaller side terrace with a pergola that is equipped for al fresco dining. Upstairs, the master bedroom comes equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also has access to a private balcony through a set of French doors that has amazing views down the valley. The second double bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.
