We are daughter and father who run a small family business. We've been renting apartments for about 12 years, and having a chance to meet people from all over the world has been a delight. We are always at disposal of our guests.

Property info

Hello! Our house is located just outside Budva City Center, on a hill overlooking Jaz beach and open sea. All of our apartments have magnificent sea view and terraces that allow you to enjoy it, apartments are spacious and come fully equipped with everything that you need (of course, we always encourage our guests to ask for anything else that they might need). Guests also have access to free barbecue facilities. We’ll be glad to help you out with information about all kinds of excursions, boat excursions, rafting and other sport activites, as well as rent-a-car (or rent-a-bike) service. We'll also make sure that taxi charges fair rates for their services. We do recommend having a car, since we are located on top of a hill, and it takes fair amount of time to reach both city center and beach. Also something else to keep in mind, almost all of our apartments are quite high up, so if you do not like heights this might not be your cup of tea. It’s better to know! :)

Neighborhood info

Jaz Beach is located 2.7 km from us, and Trsteno and Ploče Beach are located not far from it. Nearest supermarket is 2.5km away and greenmarket is about 3.2 km away. Budva City Center and Old Town (4km) can be easily reached by car, or by foot, but it takes considerably more time. Kotor, Tivat (Porto Montnegro), Boka Bay, Luštica Peninsula (Luštica Bay), Sv. Stefan, Petrovac, Skadar Lake are all withtin driving distance, and make great one day trips away from Budva.
