Lux Apartment "Lea" is situated in luxury area of Krimovica, Municipality of Kotor. Apartment features 90m2 of living space, plus 140m2 backyard with a outdoor furniture, barbeque and toys for kids. It is a quite and secure area with secured and private parking area, private pool just for tanants. Wi-fi is available in all of the area and access is free of charge. "Happiness is sand between your toes and a sunburn on your nose". Our cleaning service is provided in accordiance with guest request. "A jurney is best measured in friends, rather than miles." Hence, n order to become friends with guests next door, please stay discret and quite, so all guests can have peace and relaxation during they stay. Quite hours start 10PM till 8AM. Congratulations for quitting smoking; at least inside the room :) Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms but you can smoke on the terrace and on the outside premises. Has your departure date arrived? We strongly understand that you would love to stay a bit more but please have in mind that check-out is between 8-10am and check-in between 13-22hours. We'll be delighted to welcome you back again.
