Mery Ada House is perfect two floor holiday home (ground and first floor) for you and your family or friends to escape reality and enjoy nature. Fully accommodated, it gives you feels like you are at home but with much nicer view :) Please note that FLOORS ARE RENTED SEPARATELY AS GROUND FLOOR AND UPPER FLOOR(See the pictures. Ground floor is named as a "two-bedroom house", and first floor is named as a "holiday home"). You can rent whole house also but mainly we rent floors separately. Also please note that house is made out of wood and natural materials so it is not the same as it is in "normal" houses :) Footsteps from the upper floor can be sometimes a little bit noisy so please have that in mind when renting ground floor. One more possible question guests can have is "Is the host always there?"- answer is sometimes yes sometimes no, depending of arrivals and departures. Thank you for understanding! :)
Marjana (Maryana) is wife, mother of 3 and soon to be a grandma. She will make you feel relaxed, safe and welcomed. Good natured and responsible, she will make your stay really pleasant. Sometimes she makes homemade cookies or pies for her guests :)
Ada Bojana is quiet neighborhood, surrounded with nature, from woods, beaches, river to bird songs and river echo. Big beach (Velika plaža), which offers you at least 20 bars, is only 2 km away from house, and if you do not feel like cooking there are restaurants just 300m away from you. In case you are up for some town seeing, Ulcinj is about half an hour away by car, where you can find old town, many bars and restaurants, as well as cultural objects. Skadar lake (national park) is also just an hour away where you can have some good lunch, ride on a lake, some historical talk, and wine and cheese tasting. For those more adventurous there are incredible hiking tours, ski diving, kite skiing and etc.
