Hello everybody! We are the owners of apartments Alexander and Milana. We are the siblings. We are distinguished from other apartment complex owners by our love for guests and hospitality. We treat each guest like a family member. We love to look at the happy faces of our guests and we are very happy when our guests return from year to year. Art of hospitality (c).

"Mila & Aleksandr apartments" this is cozy family apartment complex designed in a Mediterranean style with a touch of modernity. The apartment complex offers 16 apartments from studios to Deluxe apartments with panoramic views of the Adriatic sea and the coast. The apartment complex has its own swimming pool for guests, there is a covered area on the pool with a children's area so that children can play while their parents are relaxing. The pool area has sun beds and umbrellas. You can also see the sea from almost every apartment. Within walking distance there are supermarkets, one in a couple of steps and the second in 50 meters. We have our own paid parking for our guests, parking spaces are limited, reservation is needed in advance. It's extra paid option. Parking space costs 10 euro per 1 night. Payment for the parking space isn't included in accommodation price. Free public parking is also available near the apartment complex just 50 meters. We will be very happy to see you!

Neighborhood info

The sea and the nearest beaches are just 300 metres away. The nearest cafes and restaurants are also very close. If you are interested in a beachside cafe, it is only 300 meters from the apartment, as much as walking to the sea. The old town of Budva is also located close to our apartments, just 5 kilometers from us, 15 minutes by сar. The beautiful city of Kotor is half an hour away by car. The beautiful old town of Kotor is filled with Montenegrin flavor and Mediterranean architecture, and its narrow streets are able to fall in love with anyone. Also, a 30-minute drive from us is the luxury yacht port of Porto Montenegro, where there are many beautiful restaurants, cafes, clothing stores. The whole town is made in the same style, very beautiful. They often hold holidays and beautiful events, such as the world-famous Gumball 3000 car event. An hour by car from our apartment complex is simply stunning city of Perast, striking in its beauty. Towers, old buildings made of stone will make you fall in love with yourself from the first second, maximum proximity to the sea, wharves, ships... You should see it by yourself ;)
