The house is just 600 meters from the center of Kolašin, close to the ski resorts and Biogradska Gora National Park. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with a row of American arborvitae trees, it enhances the natural environment and creates a private oasis for our guests. Just 30 meters from the villa, there is a cozy restaurant offering a variety of traditional Montenegrin dishes, where guests can enjoy local specialties and drinks at reasonable prices. Kolašin is known for its fresh mountain air and winter sports opportunities. Ski Resort 1600 is only 11 km away, while Biogradska Gora is 22 km away. A supermarket is also nearby, just 700 meters away. The house is equipped with central heating and underfloor heating, and includes a ski storage room for your gear. For added security, there is video surveillance. The interior is thoughtfully designed to offer a cozy and luxurious stay, combining modern amenities with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
