Our spacious villa with stone facade was built in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by lush greenery and Mediterranean-style landscaping. It is a great place for families or group of 8 friends. Are you tired of the noise of the city? Isolate yourself at this stunning 4 bedroom seaside retreat. Spectacular sea view from open plan terrace and fully stocked 2 kitchens, 2 living and dining rooms. Outdoor area features swimming pool with crystal-clear water. Adjacent to the pool is a spacious stone patio furnished with a wooden outdoor dining table, chairs, and sun loungers under an umbrella, offering a perfect spot for relaxation or entertaining guests. Our guests also can use the BBQ section that's in the backyard. And let's not forget secure private parking. Don’t have to share house with anyone just private places for you in your private get away.

Katun Reževići is a village in the municipality of Budva. Rural place with a breathtaking sea view, known for it's calm way of life and plenty of sunshine. A little piece of heaven, ideal for an intimate and relaxing holiday away from the chaos. The closest beach is Perazića do and it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the Montenegrin coast. One of the sights that is located a few minutes from the villa is the Orthodox Monastery Reževići. The Budva city centre is 20 minutes driving far away. On the opposite Budva city is know as a capital of night life in Montenegro. Crowded and full of live, Budva is providing summer full of events and parties. Also the significance of Old Town, and the beauty of promenade, is one of the reasons why tourists are visiting Budva. Podgorica airport is 50 km away and Tivat airport is about 35 km away.
