Set on the beautiful Budva Riviera, Orange Tree Pool Villas is a boutique complex of four connected townhouse-style villas, located 80 meters above the sea near Sveti Stefan. Overlooking Budva Bay, each villa features a private pool, sun terrace, and panoramic Adriatic views, offering an ideal combination of privacy, comfort, and coastal charm. The property enjoys a prime location between two of Montenegro’s most scenic beaches — Crvena Glavica (5-minute drive) and Drobni Pijesak (approximately 15-minute walk). The famous Sveti Stefan beaches are also just a short distance away. Guests can enjoy crystal-clear waters, peaceful coves, and scenic coastal paths, perfect for morning walks or sunset swims. Each villa offers spacious open-plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and three en-suite bedrooms, all with sea views. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for families or groups. The villas feature modern design with eco-conscious touches, along with high-quality linens, bathrobes, and premium toiletries for a comfortable stay. Guests can relax on private sun patios, enjoy outdoor dining, and take in spectacular Adriatic sunsets. The complex consists of four villas, each accommodating up to 7 guests. The Superior Villa features a larger private pool and an extended outdoor area. Free private parking is available on-site. City tax and a refundable damage deposit are payable in cash upon arrival. We have recently upgraded to high-speed fiber optic internet, ensuring a fast and reliable connection — ideal for both work and leisure. Guest Comfort Notice From 15 May to 1 October, the area is a quiet, protected zone, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. Outside this period, there may be occasional daytime activity from a nearby project. As the villas are located down the hill, any disturbance is expected to be minimal.
