Naš objekat ima odličnu lokaciju, (ocjena lokacije 9.4) blizu je grada na 5 min hoda . Imamo fantastičan panoramski pogled (ocjena 10) na more , planine i Stari grad, Kotor . Palma apartmani raspolažemu sa 8 parking mjesta i parking se ne naplačuje . Objekta ima veliko uredjeno dvorište od 1000 m2 sa mediteranskim zelenilom, palmama i cvijećem . Svaka jedinica je posebno odvojena ima balkon ili terasu i ima pogled na more. Postoji velika natkrivena i uedjena zajednika terasa sa kaminom za zajedniko druženje.
Ocjena domaćina je 9.7 , izdavanje apartmana je naš porodični posao , u kome je uključena cijela porodica. Uvjek smo na raspolaganju gostima . Svakom gosta upoznajemo sa znamenitostima grada , dajemo preporuke koja istorijska mjesta treba vidjeti , koje plaže treba posjetiti i koji restorani i mjesta koja su najpopularnija . Organigujemo transver gosta u dolasku i odlasku , oraganizujemo izlete , brodom . Dajemo savjete i preporuke na koji način da gost provede vrijeme svog boravka u našem UNESKO Kotoru gradu .
