The villa's location allows for a sense of privacy. The Luštica Peninsula leaves a truly unique and unforgettable impression – gently rolling hills covered in evergreen Mediterranean vegetation, with olive groves, wild pomegranates, centuries-old pines and oaks, wild grapes, and figs. It's as if you're gazing into scenes from ancient Rome and Greek mythology – time truly stands still here. The untouched nature, the purest air, and the enchanting natural surroundings will give you a sense of bliss. The pool, gazebo, and barbecue at our villa will make your evenings unforgettable. A convenience store arrives at the villa every morning, so you'll always have fresh vegetables, fruit, baked goods, and more. Neighborhood info

Our villa is located on the Luštica Peninsula, near the beaches of Žanjica and Mirista. Žanjica Beach is officially recognized as one of the best in Montenegro. Covered with white pebbles and surrounded by unique olive groves, this beach is a wonderful place to relax. The azure sea waters in this area lend this beach a special charm. In the summer, private boats from Žanjica Beach take you to the town of Herceg Novi on the opposite shore of the Bay of Kotor. Every half hour, tourist boats depart from the beach to the Blue Cave, a unique natural monument protected by UNESCO, with a visit to the Mamula Fortress. You can also visit one of the Montenegrin villages that has preserved the traditional character of the Middle Ages, whose landmark is a 4th-century mill used for olive oil production. On the western side of the Luštica Peninsula, well-preserved military fortifications from the Austro-Hungarian Empire are located. The fact that these relatively well-preserved bastions and fortresses have not yet been touched by restoration adds a special charm to them. Luštica boasts ancient churches from the 13th century, which can be visited.
