My place is close to great views and close to the sea (5m) Private pier/jetty 90m2 with sunbeds and easy beach access Sunbeds free of charge. The house is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). 100 m2 comfortable living space. 100 m2 terrace with jaw-dropping views 90 m2 private pier/Jetty 85m2 SPA and POOL AREA Fishing possibilities directly outside the house. If you love trekking ,walkabouts or cycling, just aroumd the corner behind our house in the mountain you will find paths and historical monuments church Sv. Ilija in Gornji Stoliv Free WiFi and Cable TV are included. Free parking. Tivat airport is 14 km away Dubrovnik Airport is 45 km away. Podgorica Airport (capital city of Montenegro) 70 km away.

You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space and natural surroundings. Calm secluded and stress-free zone :) Ecological environment, in the gardens of the house you will find all sorts of domestic and exotic flowers, Mandarinas, lemons Bouganville tree Fig tree, Kiwi, Grapes and Palm trees.
