Polaroid House ’76 was built in 1976 and carefully brought back to life with one main idea: to keep the soul of the original home while making it comfortable, practical, and easy to enjoy today. The house carries its age in the best possible way — It is not designed to imitate the past; it simply lets the past stay present. Inside, the house is made for up to six guests, with two bedrooms and a gallery sleeping area that adds to its character. The living, dining and kitchen spaces flow together naturally, creating a warm central area for cooking, talking, resting, listening to music, or simply slowing down after a day outside. The private garden and stone-paved courtyard are the heart of the house. Mornings feel quiet here, afternoons are made for shade and rest, and evenings become the kind of summer moments that stay with you — soft lights, the smell of food from the BBQ, and conversations that last longer than planned. Polaroid House ’76 is not a standard holiday rental. It is a house with memory, atmosphere, and a sense of place — made for guests who enjoy character as much as comfort.

The property is located just a short distance from Luštica Bay, making it an excellent base for exploring the Bay of Kotor and the many beautiful beaches along the coast. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds, while still providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and seaside destinations.
