The Prevalis Nature Cottage sits at the peak of the Djurisic family vineyards and micro-winery. After years of planning, dreaming, and a lot of hard work, we’ve built something our guests usually describe as a place for a magical vacation. Views from the open floor cottage bring guests directly into nature 24/7. Whether in the bedroom, living area, kitchenette, or the terrace, the mountainscape will offer the chance for travelers to be still and take it all in. We built this cottage using a zip line trolley to transfer all building materials up the hill. This was part of our commitment to build a secluded place that provides privacy for guests and respects the natural environment. While there is a parking below, the cottage itself is accessible only by a walking path. Everything was carefully selected and crafted, from locally sourced materials to handmade furniture. One of the most popular tourist attractions in the area, a powerful Lake Skadar, is just 10 minutes away by foot. Skadar boat trips are available and we can set the reservations for you.

Marko Djurisic was born in November, 1988 in Podgorica, where he spent most of his childhood and adolescent years. After graduating from the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Montenegro, he spent a lot of his time volunteering and traveling around the globe meeting new cultures. Inspired by great experiences and enriched with new acquaintances made from all over the world, Marko wished to share back a taste of his own culture and present his version of Montenegro to the world. A strong emotional bond with the village of his ancestors (500 years old family tradition), as well as the beauty and attractiveness of the surrounding area, had a major influence on his decision to go back to his roots and start a business, which today represents a success story in the field of agrotourism. An interesting blend of his foreign experiences and traditional, local vibe and hospitality, results in a wonderful feeling of being in a unique place. Marko’s mission is to make each and every guest’s holiday memorable for years to come, so you can count on his help to learn more about the history of the place or to get directions for breathtaking sights – which are plenty in this area.
