Relax your body and mind at this royalty style estate that is secluded in peaceful and calming area surrounded by nature. It is built with stone walls, tile floors, tall ceilings, and antique details and furniture for a stylish and charming feel. Building has terrace and sun deck from which you can enjoy wonderful view at the sea and sun set. Sundeck and terrace are equipped with sunbed, chairs, tables, BBQ. Property is surrounded by wonderful garden with trees and this is all for you to enjoy.

Property is located at very quiet place with private garden and surrounded by nature. It is within 5 minutes of walking distance from Porto Montenegro and 10 minutes from renowned Ponta and Waikiki beach. Local fresh market and supermarket where you can get everything that you need is also 5 minutes away. Excellent restaurant with traditional food is only 4 minutes away, but you can find more excellent restaurants near Ponta and Waikiki beach. City center is just 10 minutes of walk away.
