U našim objektima ćete se osjećati opušteno i udobno, imaćete svoj mir i svoju privatnost. Svaka kićica ima svoj privatni bazen i svoj roštilj, veliko dvorište i komociju sa parkingom. Objekti se nalaze u maslinjaku starim stotinama godina i voćem naročito smokvama koje možete konzumirati i sami ubrati. Isto tako imate baštu sa povrćem kao što su: paradajz, paprika, plavi patlidžan. krastavac, tikvice i slično koje su vam na raspolaganju besplatno.
Ja se zovem Djona Barlovic 1964. godište ovo je naš porodični biznis o kome se maksimalno trudimo da se naši gosti osjećaju sigurno, udobno i opušteno a to je i potvrda komentara naših gostiju i njihova ocjena koju su nam dali našta smo im od srca zahvalni. Prilikom dolaska ćete biti posluženi pićem dobrodošlice; kafa, sok, alkoholno piće, pivo itd. Pošto imamo goste sa svih strana svijeta i sa različitim jezicima govora najčešće koristimo aplikacijom translate. Bićemo vam na usluzi za bilo kakvu informaciju ili uslugu tokom boravka kod nas. Vršimo uslugu pranja vašeg ličnog veša koji naplaćujemo simbolično 5 eura po jednom pranju. Po vašoj želji možemo da spremimo doručak, ručak ili večeru naša lokalna jela koja se naplaćuju. Naše kućice su udaljene oko 5 km od centra grada. Ulcinj je poznat po najdužoj pješčanoj plaži dugu 12 km koje imaju i usluge vožnje brodićima, kajt plaže, rijeku Bojanu sa prelepim ribljim restoranima, poznato Šasko jezero i ostaci (ruševine) starog grada Šas ili Svač, Predivan stari grad sa izvrsnim pogledom i restoranima, Mnogo divljih kamenih plaža. Ada Bojana sa nudističkom plažom.
