Luxury Santa Barbara House is located in Herceg Novi just 10 minutes from the town surrounded by nature. Spacious terraces offer breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. In the mornings you’ll hear birds singing and feel completely immersed in nature. In the evenings, crickets chirp no city clubs, no noisy tourists. A pine grove for walks is right next to the house. Neighbours live nearby but there are only a few, so you can truly enjoy peace and space. The villa offers 350m² including terraces and is designed for up to 6 guests: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen combined with a spacious living room and 2 large terraces on different floors. Parking is available for 3 cars. There is also a separate apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom for 1 person (for example, a nanny). From the main terrace you step out to an open infinity pool measuring 11×3 meters. The house has a fireplace—perfect for cosy evenings when it’s cooler. Another pleasure is having lunch or dinner on the terrace at a large table with views over the valley and the sea. The house features oak windows and parquet flooring, and the walls are properly insulated so the air feels fresh: cool in summer and warm in winter. A modern ventilation system refreshes the house even if you don’t open the windows. Italian furniture, vintage chandeliers, and Murano glass lamps create a comfortable atmosphere. Orthopaedic mattresses ensure great sleep, while artworks, quality textiles, and accessories add special charm. For your convenience: Smart TV, high-speed internet, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning in all rooms, a coffee machine, hairdryer, a “pillow menu,” and much more. In case of city-wide water outages, the house has a backup water supply from a reservoir. We serve delicious breakfasts made from farm products. Your stay includes daily cleaning and bed linen and towels are changed once a week. We also take care of the garden and indoor plants so everything is in bloom.
