Welcome to our bright and spacious 73 m² apartment on the 7th floor of a modern building in Rista Lekića Street, right in the heart of Bar. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay — perfect for a holiday, business trip, or remote work. The apartment features one bedroom, a living room with a large sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a balcony with views of the see and the city, and a dedicated work area. Fast and stable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating ensure a pleasant stay year-round. The building has an elevator and video surveillance. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short walk from shops, restaurants, cafés, and all essential amenities. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Ideal for couples, families with children, and digital nomads. We use the apartment during the summer months, and for the rest of the year we are happy to welcome guests who will treat it like their own home.

We are a family of four from Belgrade. Every summer, we spend a few wonderful months in Bar and enjoy the sea, sun, and local way of life. During the rest of the year, we return to Belgrade for school and work, and we are happy to offer our home to guests who will enjoy it as much as we do.
