2 new one-room apartments in a brand new building 100 meters from the beach. The apartments are located on the second floor. Each apartment has one garage parking space.
The building is located in Susanj, a quiet part of the city. At 50 meters from the building there is a large Aroma market, a pharmacy, a children's playground, a cafe restaurant, and an elementary school. There is a beach, cafes and restaurants 100 meters from the building. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is within reach.
