A house is in a very tranquil urbanization, in a 15 min walk from the sea . There is a big green domain with olive trees. Also there is a parking place for your car. The house is in a 15 min walk from the amazing beach Valdanos. The peace of the neighbourhood will let you enjoy your free time on the terrace. In the house there is one bedroom, a big terrace and a living room(sofa bed) with a garden view. There is kitchen and dining area with a table and 4 chairs. If you need to smoke - do it on the terrace. Observe silence not only in the house but also within the residential area. We´ll meet you in the house to give you the key. We live nearby. During your vacations we´ll be available and ready to answer any of your questions.
