We are happy to inform you that our villa was built on an unusually beautiful location. it overlooks the Budva riviera and St. Nicola s isle and is surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean nature and scenery. Villa Kalina was built of stone in the traditional Mediterranean style with high quality thermal insulation. The villa has got a spacious yard and there is a parking lot near by. Our terraces offer our guests magnificent and unforgettable view of the sea and Stari Grad (Old Town). it takes 15- 20 minutes on foot to get to Mogren beach and Stari Grad.
My name is Jelena Milosavljević. I am 28 years old and I am a mother three wonderful children, Kalina, Tadija and Jovana. Since I spend a lot of time at the seaside, I love swimming the most. We always do our best to make our guests feel good and comfortable as much as possible and to enjoy their stay. We are always there for our guests and they can count on us for whatever help they might need. We are very friendly, polite, positive and hospitable.
Budva is the most popular destination in Montenegro and it is often called the "capital of tourism". The Budva riviiera has 12km of beautiful sandy beaches. Night life in Budva is great and its streets and squares are busy until late at night. The part of Budva where our villa is located gives tourists a spectacular view of the sea and the rest of the town. It is especially exciting and romantic at night when there are fireworks.
