The elegant complex of Sunraf Luxe Apartments, a complex of premium apartments on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, is located in the resort town of Rafailovici, Montenegro. The complex includes: indoor parking, seasonal opening of a swimming pool, sports and children's playground, reception, three restaurants, and of course it's only a 1 minute walk from the sea (including the elevator ride). All apartments are equipped turnkey and have everything from a corkscrew and a washing machine to a panoramic sea view. We offer for sale one-room apartments with an area of 44 to 58 square meters, two-room apartments with an area of 107 to 120 square meters and three-room apartments with an area of 138 square meters.
