Welcome to the place where you will feel absolute peace, where the space exudes harmony! Holiday Homes Sunset Hill is located in Pržno, in Budva. Our beautiful houses are located just 12 minutes walk from the beach and all attractions. The houses of are equipped with all the necessary elements to make you feel at home. It contains: living room, 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a large yard that is intended only for our guests. From the terrace there is a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding area. The living room is equipped with modern and new furniture, so that you can sit comfortably and enjoy the sea view that leaves no one indifferent. The bedrooms are comfortable and tinted with beautiful soothing tones. Both rooms have large comfortable double beds. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary elements, to easily prepare your favorite food. In the dining room you have the opportunity to use a table and chairs for sitting, where you can comfortably enjoy a prepared meal. At the end of the day, you can station yourself on our terrace and enjoy a glass of red wine! Welcome!

Pržno is a very quiet and popular place, where you are guaranteed an unforgettable vacation! The small but very comfortable town of Przno is just a few minutes walk,and is surrounded by olive, pomegranate and fig trees. The once fishing village is protected by three stone reefs with a stone ruin on one of them . It is now the "trademark" of Przno. If you are looking for a quiet place for a relaxing holiday - clean beaches, olive trees and the light rhythm of life, this town ideally has this atmosphere. Small restaurants and cafes offer excellent delicious fish specialties. In the vicinity there are numerous shops, markets, post office, bank, cafes. In just 10 minutes you will have everything at your fingertips. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. The beach is some 800 m away, and you can reach us by taxi, transport or transfer that we can arrange for you. If you are travelling by car, you are guaranteed a parking space!
