We are proud to have a special opportunity to receive guests from all over the world in our home in Kotor. We are the second generation, after our parents, who has been receiving guests for 40 years. We are proud of the culture and history of the city under UNESCO protection. Our house is positioned near the Old Town in a quiet part of town. We have a garden with Mediterranean plants and flowers, with a seating place for guests. As hosts we are open to socializing and helping our guests with the knowledge of the environment.

On the edge of the Old Town of Kotor, quiet place with a garden The location of the apartments is optimal- right outside the Old Town of Kotor, near beach. This is positioned close to Old Town, but very quite place with own garden. St. Tryphon, s Catedral is also 400m away. The facility offers a garden with Mediterranean cultures and gazebo. The apartments are clean, fresh and very well equipped with basic things needed to self cater. All apartments are air-conditioned and with WiFi access and cable TV, equipped with comfortable beds, kitchens, dining area and bathrooms. Apartment Vista is on the first floor, 85 sq m plus a terrace of 40 sq m with a view of the old town and fortress. Apartments Garden and Misko are on the ground floor, 40 sq m each. Two studio apartments are on the ground floor, 18 sq m each. Very closed to the Tea apartments are supermarket, bakery, popular restaurant, cafe bars. Parking place is reserved on public place. The host is customer oriented, speaks English, helpful and ready to give practical advices. Generally, guests recognize Tea apartments competitive edge- location beside Old Town of Kotor and quite environment.

Neighborhood info

Our building is located next to the Old Town on the edge of the Skurda River. It is a quiet part of the city with small family houses. In the immediate neighborhood of living families that cherish the culture of good neighborhood and guests feel comfortable. The beach and city outdoor swimming pool are 200m away, close to the bakery, restaurant, cafe bar and super market. The night life in the Old Town is rich, with lots of live music and entertainment. Our locations are set in 5 minutes.
