The apartment is on the lower floor (pool level), facing the south side, with a large terrace offering a panoramic view of the bay. It is equipped with a spacious double bed, armchairs and a coffee table, a kitchen with a dining area, cable and satellite TV, free internet (Wireless/Wired LAN), a telephone, air conditioning, and a safe. The kitchen elements available are: refrigerator, kitchen hob with heating elements, microwave oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils for preparing and serving food. The bathroom with a shower cabin, in addition to other necessary elements, also has a hairdryer. The apartment offers complete comfort for two people with or without a child. *For an additional fee, there is the possibility of adding a folding bed with reduced overall comfort, or adding a crib for a child up to 3 years old.
