The apartments are located in a newly built building in the center of Kolašin, but in a very quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy the gurgling of the Kolašinka River, which passes right next to the building. The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating in the hallway and toilet, and there is central heating in the living room and bedroom. As for the summer days, there is an air conditioner. Each apartment has its own garage space over 3m high, which means that you will be able to park an SUV with a Thule roof rack. There is also a ski room in the garage where you can store your ski equipment.

There is a restaurant and a shop nearby. From the apartment, you can explore the mountain Bjelasica on foot, by bike... if you are lazy, you can rent a quad. Biogradska Gora National Park is about 15-20 minutes away by car. To get to Kolašin, you will need about 25-30 minutes by highway from Podgorica.
