Objekat Villa Preciosa smešten je u malom naselju Pržice,iznad Kotora. Vila nudi 8 luksuzno opremljenih apartmana. Gostima je na raspolaganju otvoreni bazen sa ležaljkama i suncobranima. Svi apartmani uključuju TV, opremljenu čajnu kuhinju i sopstveni namešten balkon sa pogledom na more ili na bazen. Besplatan privatni parking obezbeđen je u okviru objekta. Kotor je udaljen 5 km. Marina Porto Montenegro sa elegantnim barovima, restoranima i buticima nalazi se na 7 km od Ville Preciosa. Budva se nalazi na 15km,a Herceg Novi na 30km od Ville Preciosa. Aerodrom Tivat se nalazi na 5 km od nase vile. Usluga prevoza do apartmana dostupna je na zahtev. U ponudi su i dva nova lux apartmana,na roof top-u vile,gdje je gostima obezbjedjen privatni djakuzi na terasi.
