Objekat se nalazi na samoj obali mora. Sve sobe imaju pogled na more. Svaka soba ima svoje kupatilo, klima uredjaj, frizider, TV/SAT, free wifi, cajnik Placanje smjestaja i takse se vrse odmah na dolasku u objekat. Gost ulazi u cistu i sredjenu sobu, u kojoj se nalaze sredstva za odrzavanje higijene sobe, peskiri i toalet papir. Spremacica ne ulazi u sobe u toku boravka gostiju, ona svaki drugi dan ,na vratima sobe gosta, uzima prljave peskire i daje ciste. U sobama je zabranjeno kuvanje i upotreba bilo kakvih aparata osim postojecih Sobe se provjeravaju prije odlaska gostiju i u slucaju bilo kakve stete ( u kupatilu, namjestaju, TV, klima uredjaju, peskirima,posteljini, frizideru, stolu, stolicama itd.) gost je duzan da plati istu. U sklopu objekta nalazi se restoran-pizzeria i supermarket . Objekat ne posjeduje svoj parking , ali na 200m imamo usluzni parking koji se placa u dogovoru sa vlasnikom Uzivajte!
Vila se nalazi u mirnom dijelu Sutomora, gdje gosti imaju svoj mir. U blizini nema diskoteke, ni lokala sa jakom muzikom. U blizini se nalazi vise restorana gdje je muzika tiha i opustajuca.
