We offer you an old house made of stone that is renovated this year with stunning view of Boka bay, and the exit of Boka bay to Adriatic sea. It is 3 km away from the centre of Herceg Novi and nearest beach. The house is luxurious furnished, it has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, kitchen and dining room. There is also wifi and tv with more than 200 programmes including the most famous ones from all above the world It has a big swimming pool, size 8x4 with beautiful view at the sea and nature. You can rest on the big terace where is placed a summer kitchen with small bar where are supplies of cold drinks. It is good for some celebrations and events, because of the big terace and pool with view. It is placed in a quiet place away from hustle, but also very near town, 7 minutes by car. We also offer some extra services, such as rent-a-car with posibility to have a private driver that can take you to any place in Montenegro. The house is on 249 meters above sea, and it is very comfortable without any aircondition because of the stone and trees around. Near is the tracking pace that leads to mountain Orijen. Airport Dubrovnik is 30 km away. Also airport in Tivat is about half
