This is one of the few proprieties in Canj that actually exits on a beach. It has a large fenced yard with tables where you can spend the day and be sure that the children are safe. For people that love the sea, but hate the fuss and heat of the beach it is a great place to spend the day while the sun is high. When you want to cool off, you can just walk to the beach and dip in the water.

During the existence of Yugoslavia, Canj was planned as a working class vacation spot. The infrastructure of the place is therefore not developed as in other places. What it has is a fantastic location. It is right in the middle of the length of Montenegrin seaside, so if you have a car you are at most 1 hour drive in any direction from all the tourist sites. Since the highway to the inside of the country exits next to Canj, you are also 15 minutes from Skadar Lake. Podgorica, the largest city with lots of nice shopping places is 45 minutes away north.
