Family vila, in the Old Ulcinj Town area, with free private parking, seaside view and Old Town views, close to shops- 5minutes walk and 5 minutes to the local beautiful beach with a cocktail bar. Great for families and couples. Terasse 40m2, ideal for Sun bathing and external kitchenette for barbecue and washing machine(no charges applied).
Welcome to Vila Dube, our family style home. Renovated and comfortable. I am happy to answer your question during your trip and stay in the vila. You will be staying at the first floor in the apartment of 80 m2 and a terasse fo 40 m2. Second floor isn’t used much, it’s only for myself, when I visit.
It’s a family villas neigbourhood, 150 meters form the Old Town of Ulcinj, with restaurant, bars and beaches.
