The house gives you feeling of liberty and privacy, it can also provide place for fun activities for family and friends like having a barbecue in garden or having a walk through nearby forest that can lead you to some famous historical sites of Montenegro. -The house has two floors which are connected by stair. Stairs are secured with fence so it is safe for children to use. First floor has 3 bedrooms with king sized beds, a living room with AC and TV , a kitchen with fridge,dishwasher and an oven, two bathrooms from which one has a bathtub and the other one has a cabin, it also has a dining room with a big table which can fit up to 8 people. On the second floor you have 2 bedrooms with 2 king sized beds, you have 1,5 bathrooms which has a cabin,living room with a TV and AC, kitchen with fridge, oven and a dishwasher, and a dining table for 8 people. second floor also has one small room above it which has a balcony with a very nice view of a sea.

The neighborhood is a nice and quiet place with fresh air from sea and forest. City Budva is only 30min drive and the famous Porto Montenegro or UNESCO Town of Kotor can be reached in 45 minute drive. Old town Bar is around 20min drive. Tivat Airport is 35min away. Ski resort are no more than 3h drive from the house. And the famous national park "Biogradska gora" is around 2h30min drive The house is 2km from the supermarket and Sutomore sea promenade.
