We are the owners of the house and we strive to provide the best experience possible to our guests. The pool is cleaned 3 times per week and you can call us anytime if you have questions or special requests. See reviews on VRBO or HOMEAWAY listing #592608. Google Adriatic Luxury Villa Antić. Located only 800 meters or less than a 15-minute walk to the beach. The house consists of 2 identical apartments. Each apartment has a separate external entrance. We rent the whole house to one group at a time. PARKING: We can provide airport shuttle and tour trips. Budva has parking zoning reatictions and we will try to secure a parking, but cannot guarantee a spot. It is highly recommended to use alternative transportation instead of renting / deiving a car. LIVING AREA The property has one living area on each level of the building. The living areas are both spacious and include sofas, coffee tables, dining tables with seating, cable TV, and air conditioning. KITCHEN The house has two kitchens, one on each level. The kitchens include ovens, dishwashers, washing machine, kettles, toasters, refrigerators, and all other cooking utensils and cutlery. BEDROOMS There are a total of four separate bedrooms, with two bedrooms on each level. SWIMMING POOL The large pool (8x4m) is in service from June until late September.
My father bought the land in the mid 60s. We build a fabulous 2 story stone/marble house with a 8m x 4m pool (depth is from 1.2m-1.9m) in the mid 90s. My 3 kids learnt to swim and used to spend entire summers there. Our neighbors are friendly and welcoming.
The house is very private, tucked in the hill overlooking town of Budva, away from the roads, but only 10 min walking to the beach. Neighbors are very friendly and quite.
