Our spacious villa was built in a quiet neighborhood and it is a perfect getaway for families or group of friends. Spread over three floors, Villa Bojana offers comfortable accommodation for 14 persons. The villa is about 300m2 and comes with 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor you can find spacious living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with laundry. One bedroom for 2 people is also located on the ground floor. First floor comes with 3 bedrooms with queen size double beds as wall as a bathroom. One-bedroom apartment is located on the top floor. It comes with living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with queen size double bed. There are double sofa beds in both living rooms that can be used for sleeping. Two spacious teracces with furniture are on upper floors from where you can enjoy the sea view. The pool with sunbeds and umbrellas provides the perfect spot for relaxation and leisure.

Krimovica is geographically very well positioned and known as a peaceful area overlooking the hilly area and greenery and fantastic sea view with beautiful sunsets. It is located in the center of the Montenegrin coast and belongs to the municipality of Kotor, although it is geographically closer to Budva. It is ideal for an intimate and relaxing holiday away from the chaos. There are 3 beaches nearby , which are one of the most beautiful on the Montenegrin coast: Trsteno beach, Jaz and Ploče beach. It's very easy to reach the nearby towns, but for the best experience having a car as a must have. Budva city centre is 20 minutes driving far away. Budva is know as a capital of night life in Montenegro. Also the significance of Old Town is one of the reasons why tourists are visiting Budva. Kotor is 18 km far away. For history lovers this is the right place to visit. Kotor is the oldest city in Montenegro and has a very rich history and cultural heritage. The old town is a real witness to that.
