Located on west side of Perast, between the museum and St. John The Baptist Church from XVI centur. Villa Burovic is about 300 years old, and it belonged to famouse Nikola Burovic, a sailor, a warrior, equally skilled with a pen and a sword. A combination of an old stone house and a modern Mediterranean style, contains a kitchen, two floors and an attic. All rooms have flat-screen TV with cable channels and free WiFi. The attic has air conditioning while the thick walls on the other floors keep the temperature appropriate. The villa has one room on each floor with a double bed that includes a private bathroom. All of the rooms has a sea view. The villa has a kitchen with access to terraces and serves as a bbq zone. Villa Burovic is 12km from Kotor and 34km from Budva. Podgorica is 97km away. The nearest airport is Tivat Airport, 20km from Perast. Transfer from any airport to villa and back to request is available.

The villa is more than 300 years old and is located directly on the seafront in one of the most beautiful parts of the Bay of Kotor.
