The house is located in a famous and picturesque place in Montenegro, an elite village with its own beach and a restaurant by the sea Rijeka Rezevici. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. On the first hall there is a studio with a large fireplace and a kitchen. The house has two bathrooms and showers. One has a full size bathtub. The house has a plot for comfortable spending free time with family or friends, the area of the house is 120 sq/m. The house is fully furnished and well maintained. The renovation of the first floor has just been completed. The yard is landscaped, planted with plants and trees. There is a separate cozy gazebo and a separate pantry on the site.
