Villa "GORANOVIĆ" is a blend of traditional architecture and modern comfort. The interior is elegantly designed with modern furniture, wooden elements contribute to the warm atmosphere of the villa, along with spacious terraces offering panoramic views. The villa consists of four large bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for meal preparation. It also features a private pool with loungers and umbrellas, a garden with native plants, and a barbecue area for outdoor dining. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. For groups of 8 or more guests, there is also the option to rent the additional guest residence, which can accommodate up to 2 extra guests. Please note that the additional guest residence is not included in the standard rate and is available for an extra charge.
Villa "GORANOVIĆ" is a newly built modern villa located in the charming village of Mojdež, in the hills above Herceg-Novi, just 6 km (about 10 minutes) from the center. It is near the Adriatic coast and offers easy access to popular destinations such as Portonovi, Porto Montenegro, Tivat, Kotor, Dubrovnik (Croatia), and Trebinje (BiH). Most people would say "a villa with a great view," but we would rather say "an amazing view with a great villa." Along with the fantastic view of the entrance to Boka Bay and Mamula Island, you get calm and peace while surrounded by fresh air and complete silence, interrupted only by the sounds of birds and crickets. This villa is the perfect base for your adventure in Montenegro
