Our amazing separate stone villa is located on the first line of the Adriatic Sea in the beautiful district of Kotor, which is called Dobrota. When you rent our villa, you will have the whole house to yourself with direct access to the sea. We provide sun loungers for your comfort. Our villa has three levels. On the ground floor, we have a large dining area with a living room and kitchen. On the air-conditioned first floor, we have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Please note that access to one bedroom is via another bedroom. Air conditioning is also available on this floor. We have a cozy patio in front of our villa with a barbecue and a dining area, as well as a calm garden in the back yard with a large green lawn that is perfect for outdoor yoga classes. You can feel the spirit of an old-fashioned Dalmatian captain's house here, with lots of pictures and souvenirs from our local culture. Renting our villa will make you feel like a local citizen.

Our Villa Magnolia is located in a very convenient location. We are at a good distance from the Kotor Port, so the water in front of the house is clear and clean. However, by walking, you can reach the Old Town of Kotor in 20 minutes along the sea side walkway. Therefore, you don't even need a car if you rent our villa. In walking distance, there is a large supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and many cafes and restaurants.
