Vila Maluso is located above Budva, 12 km from the center in the direction of Cetinje, turnoff to the Stanjevici monastery, in the village of Viskovici. The villa is designed for 6 + 1 people and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Around the house there are spacious terraces of about 200 m² and an infinity pool "INFINITY" measuring 4 × 10 m. The plot is about 1,000 m², surrounded by stone walls and forest, which ensures silence, privacy and complete seclusion. Each room and living room are equipped with parapet split systems for cooling and heating, and on the ground floor - underfloor heating. At the entrance there are automatic forged gates for cars and a separate gate for pedestrians.
