Located on the Lustica Peninsula, between Kotor and Tivat, this property is an authentic palace from Krtoli, dating back to 1882. Just 1 km from Lustica Bay, in the coastal town of Radovici and right next to Lustica Central, the property is surrounded by the Boka Kotorska Bay, numerous beaches on the open sea, Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor, and many other fine places, hiking and cycling paths. This traditional stone house is part of an ambient environment, boasting a unique traditional look. The Sv.Luka church dating from 7th century is only 3km away. We can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Children's beds and cots are also available at no extra cost. For children age 0-8 we will not charge any extra guest costs. We will get in touch with you to correct the price if this happens on the platform. The outdoor swimming pool is heated in colder months and can be used from 15th May-15th October. Pool heating is possible at additional price of 50 EUR per day. There is an outdoor barbecue and dining area. The yard is beautifully decorated with a Mediterranean garden featuring figs, kumquats, lemons, rosemary, and wonderfully scented jasmine and bougainvillea. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi, smart TVs with IPTV channels, and a Netflix app (accessible with your own account). The property is easily accessible by car. It has especially quiet and relaxing surrounding, yet close to most nice places of Montenegro sea shore you might want to visit. Our guests love the villa and its' spaciousness and location. You visit local sights, hike or cycle, relax by the pool or simply create unforgettable moments around the barbecue and outdoor dining area. Usual minimum length of stay: 3 days Minimum length of stay in high-season (July, August): 5 days. Please note that the price does not include the tourist tax. Contact me for for other possibilities.

The location is very peaceful, shops, bakery, restaurants and the local church are in walking distance of several minutes. The Sv.Luka church dating from 7th century is only 3km away. The complex of Lustica Bay is 1 km away (can be reached by car, bike, or by foot), while Lustica Central is in walking distance. Old town Kotor, Tivat, and Airport are 10 km away. To Budva, it takes 26km.
