Villa Maren is a charming villa near the cities Ulcinj and Bar. Only 50m from the nearest beach Villa Maren is perfect for anyone looking for relaxing holiday beside the sea. Perfect for families who are looking for peaceful surroundings, but still not far from the cities nightlife. The area of the villa is 344m2. The villa can accommodate comfortably 8 people. There are four large bedrooms of which the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Each room has air conditioning and each floor has at least one bathroom. The indoor kitchen is completely equipped. Beside the kitchen is a large living area for socialising. The yard is gated. The sun deck has barbecue/kitchen and dining area with breathtaking views straight to the ocean.
