Villa Nostra was built in the 1970’s as a comfortable family vacation home. It is situated on a 1200m2 property, halfway between the main road and the beach. The property has been cultivated with lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, fig and pomegranate trees. The terrace in front of the house is ideal for leisure time, BBQ evenings and relaxing time with family and friends. The house is supplied with sufficient water due to rainwater tanks, so there is no problem with water shortages. The garage on the property is private, with a motorized door. The living room is equipped with a mini hifi system, satellite and cable receiver, TV and dvd player. The house has been recently renovated. For eventual stays in autumn and winter the house has central heating in all rooms. We have enjoyed our stays in Kruče for many years and we know that you will love it to.
Regarding basic shopping and bars and restaurants, Kruče offers a supermarket on the main road, pizzeria “Laki” in the middle of the settlement, beach bar and restaurant “Noah’s Ark” on the main beach, restaurant and apartments rental “Barakuda”. The settlement of Kruče is very private, quiet and isolated, since there are only a few parking possibilities for outside visitors. Because there are no towns in direct surroundings (Bar 19 km, Ulcinj 9 km) the evening view of the sky and stars is stunning. Ada Bojana and the Great sandy beach of Ulcinj are just 20 km away. On the other side, the distance to the town of Budva is 60 km and to Kotor 78 km. Villa Nostra is ideally situated for exploring the coast of Montenegro, but also Albania and Croatia (Dubrovnik is just 110 km away).
