Our property is ideally situated just 20 meters from the Adriatic Sea, granting guests easy access to three nearby beaches, each just a 2 to 5-minute stroll away. Start your day to the calming symphony of waves crashing and birds singing, and end it with breathtaking sunsets visible from our communal terrace. This rooftop haven is equipped with lounge chairs and a dining set, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. Val Maslina, also popularly known as Utjeha, is a picturesque beach situated at the 12-kilometer mark between the cities of Bar and Ulcinj. This stunning stretch of coastline is 185 meters long and 28 meters wide, accommodating up to 1500 visitors. Nestled directly behind the beach is a historic olive grove that dates back a millennium, giving the beach its name.
