WELCOME! We are located in the heart of 'Bay of Kotor' in place Lipci, right on the waterfront, 22 km away from Kotor, 15 km away from Tivat, 108 km away from Podgorica and 49 km away from Dubrovnik airport. Apartment has full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa bed , air conditioning, cable TV, balcony with sea view. Gated parking is in the yard. You don't have to drive or walk to the beach, you are right there, secluded with best view in The Bay. Away from everything and close to everything, great place to relax whole day or after you visited interesting places in the area like: Roman mosaics, "Lady of The Rock" Church Island, old towns Perast and Kotor, Lake Skadar, Tara Canyon rafting, Ostrog Monastery... Enjoy your stay with stunning view of the bay from your balcony!

We are family renting two apartments in our house from 2005.

We are located in UNESCO protected quiet part of the "Bay of Kotor", away from everything and close to everything. Roman Mosaics in Risan 4km away, old town Perast 7km away, "Lady of The Rock" curch museum on island in front of Perast, old town Kotor 22km away. In Morinj 1.5km away there are supermarket, beach bars and great restaurant "Catovica Mlini". In Kostanjica 3 km away is Castagna beach bar.
