This beautiful newly built modern villa is located in peaceful area of Tivat, only few minutes driving from Tivat center, Porto Montenegro and Tivat airport. You can reach the town centre and Porto Montenegro in 15 minutes walking. If you like to enjoy the sea view, the sunsets with the glass of wine, this place is ideal for you. You will have magnificent view from all rooms in the house. The villa has two large apartments with their own access to the building. Both apartments consist of 2 guest bedrooms and 1 en suite master bedroom, all of them beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. All rooms have underfloor heating and central AC system. All bathrooms are equipped with essentials. The custom made kitchen with beautiful clean lines has everything you need to prepare delicious food. The living room offers comfortable lounge area if you want to admire the sea view or just relax with a nice book and a cup of coffee. The swimming pool is shared between the two apartments but the long terrace offers enough privacy for everyone. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool. The second floor apartment has access to the pool after 11 am. You can also book the entire house if you prefer to have the space just for yourself.
