A stunning duplex overlooking dreamlike parts of Boka Bay and the picturesque town of Risan. Here you have all the comfort imaginable in a peaceful mountain area approx. 35 m above sea level. The apartment is newly renovated with 3 large bedrooms and adapted for accommodation of 10 people. There are two bathrooms, one of which is directly connected to one of the rooms. A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities imaginable in direct connection to the dining room and living room. All in a tastefully decorated open floor plan with a balcony and a view of Boka Bay. Steak house (large grill house) is available with large social areas. Here you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing moment with your family or friends. Sunbeds umbrellas and outdoor showers are available. What differentiates the accommodation here compared to others in the area are the cooling nights combined with the sunny days thanks to the height above sea level.
Is a very service-oriented, social and multilingual guy with a family who has put his soul into this property. Is very well traveled and has seen large parts of the world, however, is adamant that you haven't been anywhere if you haven't been here ;-). Relationships with other people are a very important part of my life and I am very keen to strengthen these ties and of course start new ones when the opportunity arises. I wish you a warm welcome to me as a host and a stay you won't soon forget!
The area is nestled at the top of Boka Bay by the imprisoned city of Risan. It is a city with a mix of natural beauty that invites exploration. From architectural wonders, ancient Roman mosaics to breathtaking nature walks with dynamic contrasts. The city is distinguished by having one of the oldest Roman mosaics in Europe and is considered the oldest city in Boka Bay. The city offers several restaurants, shops and beach bars. The nearest beach is only 300m from the property.
