We are a family who has been welcoming guests to Prčanj for many years. For us, this is not just accommodation, but something we genuinely enjoy - meeting people from different places and making them feel at home, even if only for a few days. We try to keep everything easy and relaxed, and we are always happy to help with recommendations or anything you might need during your stay, while giving you the space to fully unwind and enjoy your time here.

Property info

Villa Stefina is a small, family-run property located in the quiet old town of Prčanj, right on the coast of the Bay of Kotor. The house was fully renovated in 2018, with the idea of creating comfortable and functional spaces while preserving the spirit of the place. We offer four spacious deluxe suites, each with a private balcony and an open view of the sea. The beach is just in front of the property, and private garage parking is available, which can be especially valuable during the summer months. As a family, we have always wanted to share the peace and the view we’ve enjoyed here since the 1970s with guests from all around the world.

Neighborhood info

Prčanj is a small, peaceful seaside village, known for its long waterfront, old stone houses and a slower, more relaxed atmosphere compared to the busier parts of the bay. The location is very convenient - Kotor’s old town is just a 10-minute drive away, while Perast and Tivat are also within easy reach. Still, Prčanj remains tucked away from the crowds, with its own calm and authenticity. Along the waterfront, you’ll find local restaurants and small taverns serving fresh seafood and traditional dishes, as well as a bakery and shops - everything you might need is within easy walking distance, including a larger supermarket just a short walk away. The coastal road is narrow, as is typical for this part of the bay, but it adds to the character of the place - everything feels closer, slower, and more connected to the sea and surroundings.
