Staying here will be a unique experience. The house offers complete privacy. It consists of 2 floors, where on the ground floor is spacious living room with dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There is also one bathroom on the ground floor. Upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms - all of them have king-size beds. Another bathroom is also on the upper floor. All parts of villa are covered by Wi Fi signal, which is at guests' disposal free of charge. The same applies for cable channels on flat-screen TV. Every room inside the villa is air-conditioned. Entire property sits on a 800 sq. m. plot. There is a superb 30 square meter swimming pool with depth of 160cm.

A 10-minute walk from villa you can visit a beautiful village Mestrovici, created in the 15th century. Old stone houses are characteristics of the village and the incredible view of the Boka bay on one side and the open sea on the other. The villa is just 20min drive away from Tivat, Porto Montenegro and Kotor Old town, while the airport is Tivat is a 10 minutes’ drive away from the villa. On Lustica Peninsula you can enjoy Almara Beach, Zanjice beach, Mamula island, Blue Cave, Rose village...
