Villa “Stevan" is located in an exclusive part of the Montenegrin coast, Sveti Stefan. The luxurious apartments in our offer are on the first floor of a villa that is just a short walk to the beach.

My name is Stevan and I am the owner of the property and of a Sveti Stefan - Real Estate agency in Budva and Sveti Stefan - Rent a car agency in Sveti Stefan. Before that I worked several years at state-owned firms. I am a big fan of sports, especially waterpolo. Love to travel any chance I have and looking forward to meeting guests in the new villa.

Sveti Stefan is a small seaside town which is often the face of Montenegro. With a rich history and coastal locals, there is much to be enjoyed here. Villa "Stevan" is no more than a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and even closer to cafes, restaurants, and markets.
