This villa is the only villa in Ulcinj that is truly a villa. You have complete privacy, a fantastic location, complete peace, a large swimming pool, a beautiful garden and a large area surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, pomegranates. The most beautiful beaches on the 14 km long beach are at a distance of 1.5 km to 3 km.
The most popular beaches in Ulcinj are Ada Bojana at 1.5 km. away, then Dolcinium, at 3 km. away and there are other popular Kite surfing beaches. The best fish restaurants on the Bojana River are 1.5 km away.
