Completely renovated old house with a modern interior. Peace, quiet, natural surrounding with a beautiful view of Boka bay. In front of the house is plastic pool for refreshment, a pleasant garden furniture, stone barbecue, additional outdoor toilet and additional outdoor shower. Free parking for several cars. A unique enviroment of natural rural wilderness away from cities noise and crowd.
The house is located between Tivat (11km) Kotor (9km) and Budva (18km). Near is cable car Kotor-Lovćen (3km). The main tourist beaches (Luštica, Jaz, Blue horizont, Movida, Ploče, Trsteno, Nikki beach) are 5 - 15 km away without traffic jams. Three large shooping centers ( groceries, clothes, restaurants, coffee bar, pharmacy, ATM) are 2 km away.
